My Approach
Integrated, Flexible, Human-Centred Support

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to psychological support, especially for professionals who are used to managing, leading, or performing at a high level.
That’s why I don’t offer a rigid model or ask you to choose between therapy and coaching.
Instead, I offer an integrated, personalised approach that meets you where you are.

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, we work in a way that suits you — combining depth with direction, insight with action.
Psychotherapy & Counselling: Working at Depth
Psychotherapy and counselling create space for deeper reflection. We look beyond the immediate symptoms — like stress, anxiety, burnout or low mood — to explore the underlying emotional patterns that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others.

This might include:

-
The roots of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or imposter syndrome
-
Longstanding self-doubt or inner criticism
-
Old patterns of overworking, overachieving, or emotional suppression
-
The impact of unresolved trauma or difficult early experiences
Our work may involve looking at the past, but always in service of understanding the present — and creating change for the future.
This part of the work is gentle but powerful, and often transformative.
Coaching: Forward-Focused Support
While therapy focuses on emotional healing, coaching is more strategic and goal-oriented. It’s about helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take action, especially in moments of change, uncertainty, or pressure.

This might involve:

-
Navigating a career crossroads or life transition
-
Rebuilding resilience after burnout
-
Developing more confident leadership or communication
-
Setting healthy boundaries at work and in life
-
Realigning with your values and vision
Coaching helps you move forward with purpose, while staying grounded in self-awareness.
Integrated Support: The Best of Both Worlds
Most of my clients benefit from a blend of both.
Some sessions may feel more reflective, others more focused and action-oriented. That’s the benefit of an integrated approach:
You don’t have to choose — we follow what you need.
I’ll work with you to create a space that feels safe, productive, and tailored to your personal and professional world.
Our work can be short-term and focused, or longer-term and exploratory — depending on your goals.

Whether you’re new to this kind of support or have worked with a therapist or coach before, I’ll meet you where you are. You don’t have to know exactly what you need — just that you’re ready for something to shift.
