I understand the pressure of high performance because I’ve lived it.
Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent over two decades in senior roles at global companies including American Express and FedEx. I know what it’s like to juggle targets, teams, and expectations — and how easy it is to lose touch with yourself in the process.
Years of perfectionism and people-pleasing had taken their toll. I was burnt out, emotionally drained, and completely disconnected from my own needs. I had spent decades proving my worth through my work —without ever stopping to ask if I truly believed in my own worth, outside of what I achieved.
I ignored the exhaustion.
I ignored the self-doubt and ignored the growing feeling that something wasn't right!
Until I couldn’t ignore it anymore as I was close to a breakdown.
It wasn’t until I faced my own complex trauma from childhood and relationships that I truly began to heal.
Now, I work with professionals, executives, and leaders who are navigating stress, burnout, change, or emotional challenges behind the scenes.
Some are approaching a turning point.
Others simply need space to reflect, be honest, and reconnect with themselves without the need to perform.
